Terrible company
Returned item back in October. I’ve been trying to get in touch since on all platforms then they block you! I had proof of delivery back to their warehouse but it was never refunded. I had to claim through PayPal in the end. AVOID !!

I wish I had read the reviews on here before making the mistake of ordering from Vestry. I ordered four dresses for my Wife in November. After trying them on, she kept one, and the other three were returned. Vestry have received the returned items but, almost a month later, I have not received a refund. I have contacted Vestry, but have not received a response. I have now raised the issue with PayPal and, to date, Vestry have not responded to them either. Having paid via PayPal, I'm confident that I will be refunded by them, but I really shouldn't have been left with no option other than to refer the matter to PayPal. Take my advice...Avoid Vestry like the plague.

Returned my order in November, they have received it, still awaiting my refund.
Tried contacting them on all forms of social media only to be blocked. Only received tickets via email from a robot.

I bought 2 dresses on 31/10, I returned the dresses on 02/11 and they were received back to vestry on the 07/11. I have not received a refund. I have raised multiple tickets and have not been contacted. I have raised 2 complaints and have not been contacted. It’s now 20/12 and I have not received a refund or heard from anyone.

I bought a dress in November which was badly fitting so I returned the same day it arrived. I received an acknowledgement that they had received the item back but to date I have still not received a refund. I have raised seven tickets requesting that someone get back to me but no one ever has. Don't use them.

Very disappointed with this company I have used them before with no issue however in this occasion I returned the item and was emailed to say I would receive my refund within 3/5 working days however after at least 5 further emails I have still not received any further correspondence from vestry or my refund would no recommend at all

Returned items in November but no refund, lost £80 do not buy from them.
Online chat is just a computer so you can’t contact a human.
Looks like I am not the only person with this issue !
No refund received
Returned an item and got an email to say received and expect up to 5 days for refund on the 21st November , the money never came back into my account weeks later so emailed the help address multiple times with no response and no response from online chat bot and can never speak to a human, awful customer service and am now getting my bank to recover my refund as I can’t speak to anyone , not the way to run a business!

I ordered a dress from this place in November, I have returned it and know it has got to them as I have tracked it. I have emailed them and messaged them on numerous occasions through their live chat just to be given 'a ticket' and no one reply to me. If no one gets in touch I will be going to trading standards.

If i could i would give 0!!! Dreadful company who get their items back and stop all communication so they can keep your money. I have raised a claim with my bank. And if you comment on their page they will delete it!!!DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM
